Terms & refunds

hStore sells digital products such as coupon codes, redeem links and account logins. Delivery happens electronically to your order page and, if connected, to Telegram.

Payments

Crypto payments are confirmed automatically once received by the payment provider. Underpaid or unverified payments are reviewed manually.

Delivery & refunds

If a paid order cannot be delivered, we either deliver it manually or refund the full amount to your hStore wallet. Delivered codes cannot be returned. Contact support within 24 hours if a code doesn't work.

Wallet

Wallet balance can be used for any purchase on hStore. Balance is not withdrawable as cash unless required by law.
